The collection is inspired by the aesthetic of nature with its colors, elements, creatures.

Together with the high-end underwear and nightwear, Sottocoperta presents designs with simple and smooth lines, comfortable fabrics embellished with embroideries and combined with seersucker, linen and sangallo.

For the baby girls floral and cherry motifs animate garments to be combined into a mix & match in which pastel and bright colors make unusual combinations. For the baby boys there’s the theme of the sea, in the classic white and blue, together with the denim, indigo and red. The unisex newborn theme is animated by the yellow chick, which appears in the all-over prints, a must of Sottocoperta.

The main print for the boys collection is the lizard, often associated to the idea of good luck, but there are also more classical proposals and nuances , like the taupe and the light blue. For the girls collection the inspiration comes from Japan, with cherry blossoms, combined with stripes in soft colors.

The peach print gives a sweet and vibrant touch to the girls’ nightwear, while edgy boys can count on sport-inspired prints, like the skateboard.
